Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts on this coming Thanksgiving Day, lifting up those who are in need, the less fortunate, and those carrying heavy burdens. Lord, Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18 that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We thank You for being a refuge and a source of hope for all who call upon Your name.
Father, we pray for provision for every family struggling to make ends meet. Just as You promised in Philippians 4:19, we trust that You will meet all their needs according to the riches of Your glory in Christ Jesus. Let them feel Your presence and peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also pray for faith to rise in the hearts of those who feel lost or forgotten. Remind them of Your promise in Matthew 6:26, that if You care for the birds of the air, how much more will You care for Your children! Encourage them to seek You with all their hearts, for You promise in Jeremiah 29:13 that when we seek You, we will find You.
Help us all to praise You, not only in times of joy but also in times of trial. As Your Word says in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, we should rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances, for this is Your will for us in Christ Jesus.
Father, pour out Your blessings on those who serve others during this season—feeding the hungry, clothing the cold, and bringing comfort to the weary. May Your love shine through their hands and hearts, drawing others closer to You.
Finally, Lord, we declare that this coming year will be filled with Your goodness and mercy for all who trust in You. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Thank You, Lord, for Your endless love, grace, and faithfulness. We place our hope in You and give You all the glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray.
Amen.
I pray this prayer brings comfort and encouragement to everyone this Thanksgiving. God Bless 🙏🏻❤️
